Eligibility for Returns

The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges
For faster exchanges, return the original item once approved and place a separate order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the same return eligibility criteria: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
